The DJ turned Artist/ Producer (GetDown Headquarters) began his journey to the recording industry as a DJ back in 1996. Breaking records for all the major record labels. Having a pulse on the industry through the ever changing style has groomed him for this next phase of his career.

 

Years later and a new millennium, Strizzo is just realizing his potential. He has found himself featured at events all over the country. Some of his work has allowed him to visit San Francisco, New York, North Carolina, Nashville, Cleveland, Houston, Minnesota, Mississippi, Atlanta, Las Vegas and all over his home state of Florida. While still DJing with shows on Clear Channel’s 95.7 the beat station, he has been a guest DJ for Numark (NAMM show), DMC Competition, Mobile Beat, SPACED-OUT television show, Music & Internet Show (NYC), Red Bull Proline Skate Detour (featuring Tony Hawk-aired on ESPN X Games), Mix Show Power Summit (Miami) and several college homecomings events. He was also listed on the 2005 Seagrams Gin tour (see logo below). In addition, Strizzo, has shared the stage with Montell Jorden, Rob Base & DJ EZ Rock, Mya, J. T. Money, LFO, C-Note, NSYNC and Shaggy to name a few. He has always given 110% of his-self. He is regarded in the industry as being professional, easy to deal with, and a sure thing to achieve longevity in the entertainment business.

 

With his experience, Strizzo is now ready to take what he has learned to the next level. Having coined the phrase “Jook City”, as a representation of the Tampa Bay Sound, Strizzo hopes to champion the campaign to “lead the sound as the next wave of music from the south”. As the first artist to be released from 5 O'Clock Music, Strizzo is set to make his impact on the airwaves. You've heard club hits from Strizzo like the "Low, Lowww“, and “Sweat”.
